Lag inside instances during pulls with higher mobcounts

I’m not sure if there is any point to post this here, since quite some people seem to have similar issues lately.
Ever since the Emergency shutdown/Hotfix ~1,5 weeks ago if im not mistaken i started to get intense network lag inside instances during Bigpulls and some bosses (Could be a coincidence).
It only happened in m+ so far and i already ruled out that its caused by any Addon, nameplate or Weakaura and my interface is error free and my Windows+WoW got a clean fresh install 2 months ago due to Windows Update 24H2 and HDR (dont get me started…).
I have a decent via Ethernet connected Computer with a Ryzen 9800x3d delivering more than wow could ever ask for. My FPS rarely drops below 165 even in said moments and the weird thing is the latency stays in the 27-35MS window while the mobs don’t continue what they’re doing/stopping mid cast and then after 1-3sec everything happens at once. This happens in unpredictable intervals of 10s-1min and i don’t have any other issues with my internet nor game play performance impacts in any other game.
If it is a routing/packet loss issue and even tho im no expert thats how it looks like, is there anything i can do to check? The IP of the instance servers isn’t public anymore if im not mistaken and i tried everything like Resetting Router, network adapters, dns flush, addons/no Addons, and much, much more.
It seems to be affected by the time of the day, but its a persistent issue exclusively in instance servers. Open world content isn’t affected at all as far as i could tell, but its harder to create a scenario like this i guess to really test it.
Is there any solution to solve this, i even take temporary fixes, i’m currently trying my best to pug the 19s and as healer u cant allow yourself to react slowly to incoming casts, especially during Big pulls and i really don’t want to deplete any keys of people cause my connection isn’t reliable.

Thanks in advance, much love

The same is happening in the rated battlegrounds. No latency issues or anything, just a 1-2 sec lag and suddenly game is catching up.

I temporarily solved this by using basically a proxy connecting to wow. Cloudflare warp+ routes me via their servers to blizzard and the lag doesnt feel as bad, or maybe its just the general bad latency that hides it better. Either way its either a routing issue or a connectivity issue on blizzards end, if its not on blizzards end its a crazy coincidence it started exactly when the servers “crashed” for everyone or whatever that was a couple weeks ago. The game is borderline unplayable in almost any relevant content or so highly unreliable i cant really send risky keys, feels terrible to be less than 50 rating off the current title cutoff and not being able to progress further cause of things outside my control.
I odered myself gigabit via a new provider, maybe that fixes the issue, else i just have to quit since competitive content is the only thing that makes the game fun for me, content on the difficulitylevel of petbattles or quests dont bring me joy, i rather go outside and play with rocks or whatever normies do.
