The server is malfunctioning, the lag is unbearable, any action my character is about to do lasts for 10 seconds, the auction house is non-responsive. Please look into this immediately as it is impacting our play time during the weekend.

Agreed. It takes 5-10 seconds to loot or sell items, accept quests, open mail etc.

yep everything takes 5+ minutes to load, mailbox can’t be looted at all - Game is literally unplayable…

I guess not everyone is affected by this lag. Or there would be lots of posts here.
I believe everyone is affected, it is just that most people do not bother to post on forums.

Yep, everyone in guild and it also affects instances 
I can confirm it is not working at all. Please fix this.
I am also unable to log in, character screen is getting awhile to show up. And then it stopped loading half way in to the loading screen…
Queues not working on reset days, and server lagging on saturdays and sundays. We need to get these days refunded, we are paying monthly for this

I don’t think the support staff reads the forums. If some people have twitter they need to tweet the issue at @BlizzardCSEU_EN they seem to respond more quickly than here.

They don’t read their twitter. We started tweeting at them an hour ago, they’re just playing solitaire instead.

They are aware of the issue, when loggin in there is a ‘breaking news’ thingy
at least you can get on been 10 mins at load screen
