Lag spike upon using Aspect of the Turtle

On my hunter, I am receiving a large lag spike when I use or cancel aspect of the turtle. This only seems to happen in situations where there is alot of combat going on around me (particularly epic battlegrounds).

This happens with or without addons and lasts for 1-2 seconds each freeze.

Same here, but not only aspect of the turtle. Any spell can cause it. If spell related at all… Blizzard have been silent for months on the issue. Check the big thread next to this one.
