I’d go with the Lenovo… despite the Acer having a better panel (monitor).
8GB is workable, but you’ll need to have absolutely nothing else but WoW (background Windows/system stuff, ofc) running when you play (no browser, etc).
I have to admit that I don’t ‘shop’ for laptops, so I wouldn’t know where to start with recommendations.
That said, the specifications from desktops still apply to portable machines; it’s just that desktops are more easily customisable.
Where I would try to prioritise spec’s would be:
Fastest, newest CPU on offer - it still does most of the work required by the game; that said a slightly slower i7 would be better than a slightly faster i5.
Dedicated graphics; as much VRAM as is on offer (better quality of image).
SSD storage, for faster boot/load times.
(Ideally) 16GB RAM, but that may push you into a higher price sector of the laptop market.
Aside from that, whatever’s out there that you can comfortably afford.
A quick search found this: Asus RoG Strix, model G531GU-AL315T
Based on the machine you quoted in your first post, that’s ‘double’ your budget, so maybe too expensive… but it gives you an idea.
However, this version of the Acer Nitro 5 would be a better one than you one you offered, later: Acer item code: NH.Q59EK.006
If the laptop can cool it. Some laptops throttle a lot and can’t maintain max clocks. Also things like palmrest temperature, flex and noise play a role.
Also aside of Coronavirus delays we will see a refresh of laptops in the upcoming months, maybe weeks - new mobile Ryzen and likely some new Intel parts to follow.
You can check /r/amd reddit for listings - they aren’t fully released yet + Asus has an exclusive on the best bin: https://cenowarka.pl/eu/?cat=nb&xf=6763_Ryzen+4000
