Hi all, looking for some laptop suggestions and please don’t respond with “Desktop” etc because obviously there is a reason for needing a laptop.
No price limit thankfully. My current laptop has surprising lasted from wotlk (Haven’t seen the game above low graphics for a long time!) however after a long break from raiding looking to get back into this for shadowlands so need a system that can run the game effectively on high settings.
Noticed asus Zephyrus g14 mentioned on the us forums regarding gaming laptops however I can’t seem to find this more locally. Currently based in Berlin.
The question is how much performance you want and what other tasks you plan for it? 1660 Ti / 2060 is enough to run WoW aside of going crazy with quality and resolution at the same time. 2070 or better has the problem of Ampere showing up sooner or later which may devalue what you just bought (if Shadowlands get that DXR shadows 2060 may be low, 2070 medium/high and future Ampere much higher (although laptop variants will show up after desktop ones).
