if the only socketed item is the lariat then yes it’s a nerf but it gains a sec for each socket you have across all items.
Well sort of. It will get replaced at the start of the season. As the season progresses and you find items with sockets you might re-equip it. Items with sockets will be RNG based. Unless you opt to have two rings crafted that have sockets. You will then need to sacrifice 6 weeks of vault loot to put sockets in the head piece and belt. Means you will add an extra 4 secs and go back to 12secs. At this cost you most likely correct and it will be redundant unless you happy with 8 - 10 secs.
It’s funny you mention doom hammer I bought the recipy there 1 month ago for 500k it was a good deal
