Okey so iam looking to track a hidden counter.

Well we are all warlocks so you know about it.

Agonys hidden Soul Shard Generation counter.

I know that it on cast gives a randomFloat base value on random and then do incremental random adds to that value until it hit 1 then it gives a Shard.

Now i want to track that, so i know if i should drop Darkglare on opening rotation since the fifth shard is miles away or i’m 1 tick away from the 5 and i should hold it for half a sec more.

I have looked almost everywhere after this and i can find no addon for it, the only real thing i found was in the code library for Mr Robot

Anybody have any insight?

I don’t think such a thing exists, but you’d be much better off asking in the warlock Discord than the EU forums. These forums have become a place for people to vent their rage and frustration.
