From last patch this proc is very rare. I try on dummies and usually proc on 15+ MB. Bug or not, never proc on mobs, that die from MB in one cast. Yesterday I test this on Sha small adds and this never proc for 40+ kills of that mobs with MB.
Do we replace this tallent in PvP for something better? Free and strong cast is ok for PvP, but proc is terrible.
This talent is useless for pvp.
