Please can we add an option for Nightborne to look like Withered! To really bring home the Suramar feel and distance from the Night Elves model.
I would love an option for the Nightborne to look more cursed and withered like some of the NPCs.

Most of the ideas belong to community, I’ve seen them in this and other threads and just made a compilation. Sadly, it looks like a wall of text since I can’t post pictures and links properly. Also poor vocabulary and grammar mistakes 
But if my shame is the price to make shal’dorei great again, so be it

Even if it’s hard to justify it at first glance due to the lore limitations.
The way I see it, nightfallen/withered options could only make sense as a unique custo for death knights.
Nightborne might die while being nightfallen/withered, hence never taste the fruit of Arcan’dor. Then raised as an undead in pre-SL by Bolvar.
This is my bizarre idea. Correct me, if I’m wrong, haha.

It looks very nice to me. And considering the continuous community feedback on how they would like to see a more visible tattoos for nightborne, it would be a very easy way to please fans. It remains a mystery to me why devs refused the idea to bring it back as an additional option.
Those are not authentic Nightborne tattoos tbh, in fact, people seem to confuse what the marks of the Nightborne really means.
Those “tattoos”, are what Nightwell have done to us, it is like having an arcane veins, and not just tattoos. I am saying this, because the nightborne bleed bright purple/arcane.
We have seen it on the Suramar cinematic, if you will pay attention those “tattoos” are pulsing/moving just like blood through the veins.

It seems they’re done with customization at this point —
I’m disappointed. Nightborne are still unfinished and it goes live like that.
Most of the extra options that players have requested already exist in the game — mana hair, NPCs hairstyles/skin tones. New eye colors and glowing hand outline, which was so easy to add that even a fan managed to do it — //youtu. be/kLr5dDXn5nE.
What we hoped for: Playeable nightborne are as good as legion original +some felborne/nightfallen options and new eye colors.
What we got: Almost-slanted eyes, thank you. And bunch of metal for a smiling old lady faces + unfinished low-quality hairstyles that look like plastic, never move and aren’t even close to shal’dorei style except few.
To be honest, I see no reason to be subscribed to a game whose developers don’t listen to the community.

The latest news on 9.1.5 release date just made me thinking a bit.
The positive side is that we are no longer live in uncertainty. 9.1.5 is around the corner, which means we’ll get long-awaited changes very soon. No doubt, it’s pleasant news.
The negative side is… Well, you all probably know what I’m going to talk about. I think it’s an common problem with how Blizzard manages their feedback. The whole 9.1.5 was held under the slogan “we’re listening to the players” or at least, it supposed to be like that. It’s highly commendable approach, but… There are always “buts”… The main issue is that Blizzard never get to finish their job well. They always stop half-way, leaving players wanting more. Sadly, I can only guess why it always goes that way.
My major point is that nightborne customization issue will remain and wont be solved until it’s adressed properly. Bacause thats how humans brains work. We are not satisfied with half measures.
For outsiders it may seem like nightborne players just can’t get enough, but, in fact, there’s nothing extraordinary or excessive in our requests. We’ve always wanted to play true nightborne (not subpar version of night elves). And the simplest way to see it is to read many detailed, thoroughly collected reviews by nightborne community.
In conclusion, it’s highly likely new customization will continue in future updates. And I still hold out hope that while Blizzard is focusing on other races, they will remember about nightborne.

Just a little comment to say I am very much looking forward to 9.1.5. Transferred my character to the PTR and the customisations with the heritage armour are absolutely spot on. Can’t wait!
