Hey there,
Checking out those connection tests that you did, everything looks pretty solid. No packet loss and decent traceroutes. That might seem contradictory considering you are seeing some high latency from within World of Warcraft however there are many different things that can affect the latency, not just connection.
What I would do next is to go through the following points:
- Ensure your Operating system is up to date
- Ensure the latest drivers are installed (guide for this and the above here)
- Disable background programs so that only the game is running
- Clear up the game files by deleting the WTF, Cache and Interface folders from your main installation folder.
That should hopefully do the trick but if not, you can respond back to this thread with your system files and we can take a look. To provide the files, it’s better to paste them into a website like Pastebin rather than pasting the entire thing into your reply.
