Hello blizzard and people reading this.
For some weird reason my ms of both world and home in game jumps through the roof with sometimes over the 1k ms which is insane…
I will make a little list of things I already tried to solve this:
1: I deleted all my add-ons.
2: I reset my interface according to the latency guide of the wow site by renaming the cache,wtf and interface folders with Old behind them.
3: I ran a speed test of my internet to check if anything was wrong there the results were: 191.6 download 35.9 upload and 18 ms on the speed test.
4: I put the game back on the lowest graphics just in case it might help.
5: i checked the wow server status page and they are up so nothing is going on there.

so to summ it up i did several things still having these problems can anyone help me?

Edit: i also did a scan and repair to add to the list it seems a bit more stable now but i still need to do a lot of testing before i am sure.

same issues im having mograine eu classic, did all this and a whole lot more, but all that happens is you get referred to a pointless reset UI guide.

Funnily enough because addon producers are actual proper coder with knowledge and there stuff works I use, if it doesnt there are prompt updates to fix issues.

Is way too easy to blame the UI as the problem for them, must be easiest job in the world, customer query, reset your UI, Im having issues X?, reset your UI

I’m also having connection issues, myself and my partner get them after 8pm and it’s only WoW, everything else runs fine including OW2.

I did a traceroute (https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7870) and it showed packet loss to one of the Blizzard IP’s but my ISP claim it’s nothing on their side.

Might be worth doing a traceroute yourself and seeing if you have a similar issue?

Hopefully I get a response to my forum post and can get this resolved.

This is what i got i have no clue what it means to be honest the ms here are low so i hope thats a good thing…

You have a couple of time outs as you start seeing your ms rise. Do you have these issues all hours of the day? As previously mentioned, I only get issues during peak tiimes so if I was to test it now it wouldn’t be bad. Though I am receiving a time out myself but ingame is fine.

I’m not a Network expert so I don’t understand everything going on, just enough to know it’s not great.
