Latency/packet loss issues since patch

ever since the patch dropped for season 4 on wow I’ve been having Latency issues and/or packet loss issues not really sure what’s causing this problem tried a lot of fixes but had to resort to the tech support forums to get help the problem mostly arises in Mythic+ at random intervals

Country is UK and ISP provider is virgin media

I have the same problems. I have done everything technical support have asked and nothing works:(

If not done yet, please perform the steps of this following article :

@Spôok Please switch to an ethernet connection if that’s not already the case. If already on ethernet, try a different cable.

If it’s happening on a specific character and/or only in mythic+ dungeons, it’s probably caused by some addons. An UI reset should be considered in this case.
