Just straight away, the latest change you can find everywhere is flat additional damage for 5 specs.
check logs, Arcane is literally worse than Arms and is one of the 5 weakest dps in game for 9.2… with that genius design of 4sets and nerf 2sets, would be amazing to explain why this spec was awful since Cataclysm.
Its being held up by its dmg on Anduin but of course thats bonus dmg and adds. My napkin math says it’ll only be better than windwalker and aff on ST now.
That’s not exactly true. If i heard correctly it was the meta spec in WoD and quite good in Legion. Pretty average since then, but if you check out the statistics it’s 1-2% weaker from the middle of the pack.
It’s not in a good shape whatsoever, but “awful since Cata” is a pretty blatant lie, especially that checking CN or SoD DPS statistics Arcane was middle back then as well.
