Hi there transmog forum.
I am going to attempt to get rep with the Laughing Skull faction so I can use those masks for Transmog. The question is: Are these account wide now? Because I have seen some conflicting reports and would want to know for sure before I even attempt the grind. Most things that require rep are now account wide, but as I said, I have seen people talking about not being able to mog this on toons that didn’t have the rep.
