a spec you don’t like to play , you will never be top at just play what you really like.

No matter what spec is “leading” you should play a spec you enjoy and that you’re good at.

If you are foreign to all specs of Lock in retail; i would suggest watching Kalamazi’s youtube channel.
AFAIK Demo is in the lead atm.
Destro dont do well with any movement and affli is undertuned like hell, demo is in a great spot, so time to leave warlock again.
If I want to play with pets there is Hunter and for nuke caster there is mage.
If they cant make affli work again, its just incompetence or bad will by now.

Destro is really very good. He has a very high ST and very frequent aoe. Talents must be chosen carefully and directed towards M+.
Having said that Demo I really like, but Affly is rubbish currently in PvE.
I think Warlock could be a meta class for M+ and Raid with Destro and Demo alternating.

Aff is terrible at every single datadisk …horrific, awful… dots have best % of spellpower but at the end of game, not at the begining.
atleast now that logs are out no one can claim destro or affli are fine, to bad for me my alternative was sp -.-
lets hope affli can get a fast bandaid buff to relieve it as a joke spec.
Problem with demo is movement If you have raids where you need to move alot it’s gonna hurt your dmg
