Problem is that people will get 233 and mythic plus only give 233 at 10+.
So you will be climbing a ladder without get anything until you have IO for +10 
So casual will cry cause they will want to start at mythic 10 with 0 IO cause below not drop gear and if you say that they need to do lower levels they will use “time and harcore people” excuse.
You see, I do like it. I don’t do M+ (boring stuff) but such iLvl will allow me to do all I want in previous expansions. Don’t worry, love, you won’t see me interfering with your M+
I don’t care if you join mythic+ as long as you don’t demant start at +10 with 0 experience cause you don’t want to earn experience on lower keys.
I can promise you, you will never see me at 10+ of anything, yet anything higher than that 
I imagine it will be the same in 9.1 as it is now, 10-15 have a lot of bad players that make the dungeons frustrating to pug. I’m hoping my friends come back for 9.1…

And we get 4 mobs extra in the dungeons as seasonal affix. That is literally every content M+ gets. You can call out a new dungeon that is probably in a tier later added to M+, but that is irrelevant for this one. A new seasonal affix, that is what we get. 4 mobs.

Get the addon Personal Black List, u can add the ppl u want on that and see if they are on it frmo then on when u meet them. A bigger ignore list or unlimited would also be effing gd, and much needed, so we can effing ignore who we want without remonving rpevious jerks all the time. WTF is up with that bliz.
Disabling toxic.io would have been better action IMO.
I was hoping for Blizzard to come up with better design system. However hoping Blizzard coming up with anything (new and good) seems to be not a valid option in these days anymore.
