Get crafted 476 ones OR buy better with VP if you have rep for that.
The celestial items are the same items that drop in MSV, there is no leather caster gloves or chest from there, and I am sure there is other slots missing for other classes/specs, you just have to wait for HoF to come out to get those slots filled.
