I have a question about Leatherworking, but I think it will be suitable for all professions on the moment.
My caracter is lvl 35 and can only make stuff for lvl 17 or 1 thing for lvl 25.
I grind in stranglethorn vale and get most of the time light leather.
The mobs are my lvl 35.
I also need large fangs, havent got one so far.
My question is:
Where do I skin medium leather? and how can I find it,( on wowhead it isnt accurate anymore, because for the zones that are till 60)
I’m so much over my own lvl , I’m still not at my own lvl with making stuff, even when I only grind I lvl to fast, so how do I get updated on leatherworking properly?
Well just wanted say that I dont think professions are fun anymore, and I guess that I’m not the only one.
But for all the starter chars that havent played before, I can imagine they dont understand any of the professions or even why they have to bother…
Thats all, thank you for reading have a nice day.

In truth, you do not need to bother. Since crafts are split by expansions now. So you could get by fine by waiting with LWing till you get to BFA content and do Kul Tiran/Zandalari Leatherworking from 0-150
You simply level too fast for most crafts to matter at all at low levels. Go dual gathering and sell everything. The rare completionist usually buys up oldie stuff.
What you are experiencing is simply a relic of classic times where leveling was a lot slower than it is today, where low level crafted gear actually was useful and your proffessions kept pace with your leveling. Now you can simply wait till you reach endgame crafting. Simply not worth the bother otherwise.
hi Lucaan,
I was thinking the same , I wait till end game to start my leatherworking again.
Thanks for thinking this over with me, appreciate it
Have a nice day,
