Leaving WOW......again these are some changes I would like to see

I’m leaving wow again.
I’ve done what i can be bothered to do. I refuse to do the things I don’t like.
Some changes which I believe are required that would have made me stay.

Quality of life changes -
Add Mythic 0 to LFD
Let the mythic+ key teleport the group to the dungeon.
Add a portal NPC in Donagal for the delves

Classes - I’ve played and leveled every class and spec

Tanking -
Tank basic class design has been a problem since WOD because of active mitigation, abilities like Demon Spikes, iron fur etc. This mechanic is causing massive issues with tank survivability because there is no consistantcy with incoming damage between different players who are tanks which wouldn’t be a problem except the healer has to pickup the slack.
Make this passive or at the very least create a talent which make this passive. it will stablise their incoming damage. Otherwise you are going to find yourselves having to give every tank a stagger mechanic to compensate for the incoming damage. which is basically the same thing.

Healing -
Healing has also been a problem since and because of the changes made in WOD to both tanking and healing. I don’t really like healing that much but apart from holy pala i have played and leveled every healer, and apart from Evoker, I hated all of them (and i think i only liked evoker because of the leveling scaling power boost).
If one thing needs to happen i would say simplify healers. They don’t need so many abilities, Holy priest seemed like the most egregious example with loads of spells which don’t do alot of healing, MOP was the last time i enjoyed healing.

DPS -
Does every single class and spec need to be a build it spend it design?
I won’t deny that i’m lazy so i have essentially talented eveny class and spec to have as few abilities as possible based on the philosophy that a class which is simple to play can be played at, on average, 85%-90% efficiency of it’s maximum potential which is while lower than a spec which is more complex but will probably be played at, on average, 60%-85% efficiency of it’s maximum potential so the max damage potential is lower but more fun and more consistant.
I play ret pala using the divine storm build, but if there was a talent which got rid of holy power and added a 3-5 sec CD to holy power abilities I would take it.

Delves -
Get rid of the coffer keys, why are you forcing me to do content I don’t like to do content I do like?

Reputation - I don’t care if its account bound, daily quest or weekly events which is masquerading as a daily/weekly quest. I don’t do world or daily quests.
There is no reason you why dungeons and delves shouldn’t provide Rep.

Mythic+ -
The Mythic+ system is a mess, the timer, the key, the affixes and it fosters a toxic enviorment. I have no interest in being part of it. The community has already given a ton of feedback on ways to fix it, including myself.
At this point you are choosing to foster a toxic environment.

Yeah, sounds like you basically enjoy no aspect of the game.
You should leave, it clearly isn’t a game for you

Portals to delves?? How lazy are you?

Every single part of each zone (and dungeon/delve) is reachable within like 60s if you start from Dornogal?

If it differs on the player, it’s clearly a skill issue. Let’s not dumb stuff down for the unwilling. Sure, Iron Fur currently has an iffy design…but eh…just increase the duration and power and give it a cd solves that.

Imo only one thing needs to happen; less dots which tick for … demonic amounts. Otherwise healing is fine as-is, imo.

Fury, Havoc, MM, BM, DKs, Frost Mage to some degree (if you don’t take Glacial Spike)…, good luck, have fun.

First : “lazy people” , i am not sure if you’re one of them by my understanding of your post , but you sign up for a key , you have literally portals and a mount with 810% flying speed , yet people wanna do the deed in dornogal , you know what i do to these people ? if they stay 5 min and i ask in chat " you coming ? " if he ask for a summon, i legit kick them , problem solved , reflect a lot about the effort hes gonna put in the key.

Second : LFG m0 is one of the worst thing that can happen to wow and hear me out , first problem is you’ll play with people who don’t care about timing keys pretty much , aka delve players , not the majority don’t care about timing it , but a decent amount of people would care less about the timer and just wanna chill and get loot which is fine , but not in m+ 4+ keys since they didn’t even bother checking the dungeon mechanics on mythic , and second the players are gonna be so toxic its crazy lad , just look at lfg timewalking , people getting kicked cause they point out something in the chat its crazy , so either the tank is gonna join and see a full group of D tier specs and leave after a wipe , or even dps players will do the same , its gonna the same stuff but automated and even worst.

To fix mythic plus issues , is to make the dungeons not as punishing and put more work on balancing classes on beta before live servers , make tanks and healers fun again so dps players who do their keys can find people instead of waiting 20min+ in the q just for the key to disband , that would fix it pretty much , remember that the most fun season for m+ df season 3 or even bfa i suppose on the last season when tanks were so op and every dps included with corruption , everyone had fun at least , but they could tune it down and its still gonna be fun.

Remember that ION said that m+ this season is a big indicator for the upcoming changes with feedback , they can’t change the whole m+ stuff in the middle of the season cause people pushed keys already and don’t wanna feel less accomplishment timing a +20 , a big part of the m+ changes is that there is no push weeks anymore , which is huge for m+ , and no more annoying affixes , but with more feedback now on these big changes to m+ they are going to tune it completely either in season 2 or season 3 , i know its gonna take a while , but i’ve been enjoying m+ on healer and tank , i did my 12 and that’s it for the season , now i mess around with some alts waiting for the season release , don’t take games too serious , or you’ll end up disappointed.

I would agree that tank changes were abysmal this season , it made healers stress more , not to mention to amount of damage the players take while having 0 curse dispel in your group or poison dispel , i still don’t understand why all healers don’t have a big one dispel for everything.

Not really, in my opinion. That’s just the DPSes not interrupting or disrupting important casts. If a tank knows a little how to play, there’s zero stress caused by them taking damage. At least up to 10. No idea how it is beyond that.

I’m definitely done too for myriad reasons.

I feel something is off with M+ and I’ve just bounced off it. Firstly my main is a hunter and faced with the prospect of going into 12s which are a weird step jump from 11s just puts me right off. I don’t feel I should have to reroll for mess ups with class design they made half way through a season. Nor do I want to go melee SV, I struggle being quite so up close and can’t distinguish what is going on with ground effects (and I really suffer from clutter overload). The +7 affix is a horrendous buzzkill and M+ progression should be smooth, not these weird steps at +7, +10 and +12.

They’ve basically, somehow, managed to kill M+ as a pastime for me. Can’t put my finger on how exactly. Even though I’m not pugging and play with friends or guildies, any wipe and you know the key is toast and it has caused so much background anxiety in the group and I put it down to this.

Also hunter is much more survivable but feels useless in terms of the toolkit. Take the orb affix…one ring of peace from a monk and they’re all gone. Or a mass dispel or mass grip, etc, etc. Implosive trap…hits about 3, doesn’t have the radius to help much. Same for bursting shot. I feel like I’m bringing a spoon to a gunfight. It has made it unfun to the point where I can’t make myself login to the game as I feel that anxiety rising. It’s worse (for me) than at the point I quit Shadowlands and basically means I’m unsubscribing and will see how I feel as further patches arrive. Plus I’ve cleared heroic, mythic raiding…well…I have stories of that that could fill many of Preach’s Drama Times so I am avoiding that like syphilis.

And then there’s Blizzard, I mean, I don’t know what is going on there. There’s a serious lack of QA and project plans on fixed rails causing this situation where their ambition is way outstripping their talent in terms of implementing what they want. The mass redundancies really show. And support - good luck getting to anything other than a bot and being pointed to some FAQ or other and being dismissed. Even when I tried to raise a bug in the support forum here the Blizzard representative refused to even answer, except when I bumped it only to scold me for bumping the topic and not giving any feedback. Honestly, what atrocious customer service.

Maybe the desire to play will come back in a month, a year, a decade? Who knows? Perhaps I should’ve made a topic of my own but here I am. Not trying to fish for sympathy and no, you’re not having my gold. Just wanted to put this out there and how I am feeling at this point in time and just that I feel my enjoyment has been killed stone dead.

Have nothing to do with the interrupts , im talking about the amount of curses dots , and aoe damage , lets take per example , running stonevault without curse dispel on high keys , why would you put a crazy heavy dot on a dps while some healers don’t have curse dispel ? evoker doesn’t have a curse dispel only a 1 min cd which is like once per pack , monk have a 3 min cd aoe curse dispel which is questionable , and also priest disc who doesn’t have both , neither curse or poison dispel , you need aoe spell trackers on mobs and bosses to react to some incoming damage , and you also have to babysit the tank on top of that since some packs have a big amount of tank busters , if your tank doesn’t play very well , the healer now have more bs to worry about , i agree that interrupts also are major part of this , but adding everything together is a nightmare.

Non magic dispells arent about healers. That is about building a comp. Like take a mage. Or druid.

Less important but revival isn’t removing curses. It is just an AOE detox (so magic, disease and poison).

I think I’m the game isn’t too bad. M+ after 11 may need diff scaling as 11 is too easy yet a 12 is too hard for pugs. They need to remove the +7 affix too. It’s such a pain

Building a comp , alright now you talk about another problem made in the game , so basicaly other classes who doesn’t have a curse dispel have no place for stonevault ? its the same bs , dispels are made for healers , dps do their interrupts aoe stuns , taking care of the affix and doing the major mechanics , thats the whole subject of m+ , you have the legendary trinity problem , healers having a crazy hard time , most of them don’t play and swaped to dps , tanks are not fun anymore cause you feel like a training dummy getting blamed since you feel like paper, reason why in df s 3 tanks were so fun , i mean its the payers feedback not mine , and then the dps problems is not getting invited if your a non s tier class and have less utility for your group , its the same bs over and over.

Where did you come to that conclusion?

No?

And tanks and healers do that too.

Im talking in general , healers job is not to focus on interupts , priest per example can’t interupt , evoker have a 40s interrupt so its once per pack , its not every healer main focus.

For the stonevault “conclusion” you literaly said that lol , “make a group” what if i pug ? and i see paladins and demon hunters in the group , should i leave ? doesn’t make no sense , i am speaking about the issues in m+ , means the unbalance of those curse dispels and the unbalance of what healers can provide which make them fall behind , you think m+ healing is fine in its current state ?

It is for everyones focus. A devastation or shadow also has to deal with that high cooldown interrupt. It isn’t about the role.

Stonevault

Count the amount of curse dispells per group. The majority of the classes per group does not have a curse dispell. So no, not only specs with a curse dispell are allowed in stonevault.

I am a main healer and healing on resto shaman and mistweaver currently. Timed grim batol without curse dispell (mistweaver) on +10 on 613 ilvl. I can hardly speak for +12 and up. I am not good enough for that myself.
From my personal experience, i had worse first seasons of expansions where we literally had to spam the tank for 95% of the time (BFA and Shadowlands).

Takes couple of seconds to look for one M dungeon.

Takes a few seconds to fly to one dungeon.

Takes a few seconds up to few minutes to fly to one.

The world does not evolve around you, lad. Get rid of the main character syndrom.

They are there to keep players occupied.
And the weekly quests are kinda fun, cauz there’s usually very juicy rewards with weekly caches.

Which is your entire problem.

Good bye. Game doesn’t need a lazy cry babies like you. You’re doing us favor.

It depends a lot, pugging is just going to the casino, seeing what you end up with.
The changes to especially tanking are made so that Tanks have to think about good usage of their defensives.

The solution is to focus on a group that you can play with and grow with during the season and I think there is something to say for that especially once you move higher up in difficulty in a competitive game mode. Besides that, it also makes the game more fun and your group becomes more reliable.

There are communities, guilds, discords or just your own friendlist that can help provide with the solution, but it takes some time and effort.

Ikr?? I never mind to fly to one. It takes a moment and i usually pick some ores along the way.

Dude does need a serious break ye.
