As many other players, I’m currently farming for the meta achievement A World Awoken. While I’m still missing quite some achievements, I think Leftovers’ Revenge (the achievement that requires to complete the event Kitchen Duty - Community Feast for the Iskaara tuskaar) to be the most problematic.
Unfortunately, there is no way to chip away at this slowly: you either find a large enough group of people or you fail it, because you need to complete the event at the highest possible level, legendary. Currently, even when there are 5 or more people present, we don’t get the level of the event past than rare (the levels are Uncommon, Common , Rare, Epic, Legendary).
While most people have moved out of dragonflight, this is one of those achievement that was not future proof-ed, and it shows, as it still requires a large group of 15-20 people that actively engages with the event.
Now, I understand that there is some merit into having content in a MMO requiring more people, but currently this one suffers from a double issue: compared to other achievements into that same meta achievement, like “The Future we make”, it requires many more people, and, unlike other achievements, its a “one and done” deal, meaning that people that already got the achievement once have no reasons to try this again, as it gives no other rewards.
Either the scaling needs to be adjusted (you could increase the amount of progress you get per action done by 500% and it would still require a party of 5 wasting no time to get to legendary) or it needs to be removed from the “Army of the Fed” achievement, so that you can get “A world awoken” without completing it.
Again, I’ll stress I have no issue with achievements requiring time or commitment, I think this is an issue because you have to go out of your way to seek that small niche of players who still need it and actually care to get it because they want to complete A World Awoken.
