Yes, because fitting an entire playstyle into a talent is a bad idea.
Hope they bring it back as a 4th spec in next expansion for those that liked it tho.

No one wish the opposite i think. There was a lot of hate between VF lovers and haters but the fault mostly lies in Blizzard way of deleting the spec you loved from one exp to another with an overhaul no one asked. Like SV Hunters or Legion Shadow.
While ofc i am happy for the changes they made, can’t really say that completely obliterating something is the way to go.

I do miss the voidform playstyle but it took some time to ramp up your dps. When things die to quickly, you feel pretty useless.
I am happy with the changes so you can start your rotation almost immediately but /sadface for voidform.

Blizzard patched biggest problem of Shadow Priests, we are now more bursty, God i love Devouring Plague
