I have had a small idea that I would like to support in regards to Legacy Raids and their loot tables connected to them. As we all know, and most likely are getting a little annoyed over, there is a lot of Rings, Trinkets, Necklaces, or Relics littered in the loot trees.
So, how about instead of removing them all, in case some mad loot hoarder wants them for something, we make them a possible currency like we saw in for example, Dragonflight?
Each Legacy Raid should have a Pawn Shop/Dealer Goblin/Ethereal there to make a good bargain with you. 2-3 Rings, Trinkets, Necklaces, or Relics, and you may trade them for another piece of loot that is found in said Legacy Raid loot tree - except for Legendary items, and Mounts.
This NPC can strike a bargain for the Mounts and Legendary drops, though we are talking about them offering you a Credit Token for every Ring, Necklace, Trinket, or Relic you trade in. For every three (3) Tokens, you can either buy a missing piece of loot, or store it till you have enough for the goods you are interested in? We’re talking some 5.000 Credit Tokens or more - it should be more of an interest to get the item in question yourself, than working your butt off for the Pawn Shop/Dealer to trade it for you.
This NPC should also be able to offer you a quick transportation service to the Legacy content’s city in question (At Yogg in Ulduar, once defeated, the NPC should be able to send you to Northrend Dalaran) for a small price (most likely some 5-10 gold).
Just a small idea that I thought could be fun without removing things.
