I got the Evoker legendary last season, and i am currently doing my weekly runs to hopefully get Fyr’alath on my warrior, and with the recently announced roadmap confirming the 4th fated season we all expected, it got me wondering, how will Legendaries be handled? Do we have to obtain them all over again, or do we get to upgrade them to the new higher item levels, or do they just get left behind?
As far as i know, legendaries can only be obtained once, and it seems like it would be unfair to lock everyone who got their legendary in a previous season out from getting it at a appropriate item level for the final season. Im not saying that people who have the legendaries should be able to upgrade them on day 1, but maybe they could add a upgrade item for people who already have the legendaries, that would drop from Sakareth and Fyrakk at a simmilar rate to the drop rate of the legendary itself.
What do you guys think?
I assume all legendaries will be scaled up together like items.
My real question is about tier sets. Because in SL’s S4, we only had one tier set. Now, however, we have 3. Will we get access to all 3? Or will S3’s tier set remain?
Another good question. I kinda hope we get access to all of them, and can choose to use wichever works best for us. That would probably be a balancing nightmare though.
Another possibility, since all set items come from tokens and are not direct drops, they could make a brand new tier set, and have it come from tier tokens from all 3 raids.
Better skip the current season , if it will last only 2 or 3 months . By the time you gear up and all sparks / or conquest (for pvpers) is unlocked , it will be time to gather new gear . Ultimate hamster wheel . They will probably boop the item lvl by another 40 item lvls .
Fated in Shadowlands was much more fun than all seasons combined . I expect here it will be too , because you basically get the full expansion pack and not just an isle .
