Legendary cloak and the N'Zoth fight question

I’m basicly looking for people to either back me up or correct me here.

Does the sanity loss % on the cloak effect things in the mindgate phase (or any part for that matter) of the Nzoth fight.
I’m 99.999% it does not and the sanity loss only effects Visions of sw and org, I can’t find anything in any guides that suggest it matters either, and while it doesn’t effect me, my cloaks 15 anyway I’m seeing people being turned away from our HC runs now due to not having a rank 15 cloak.

Please, I don’t want this to turn into a “lol u can get rank 15 in a day” or some other argument like that, I just want stuff like “yeah it effects sanity loss” or “no it makes no difference at all”

No you just need to have the cloak, although it can be useful to have it at least at rank 12 for the proc bonus

Equip: Your spells and abilities have a chance to increase your Main Stat by 3,500 for 15 sec.

you cant even queue for the last wing in LFR if you dont have the cloak

Oh, I see. I was way off. I thought not having the cloak only meant you didn’t get the extra action button on Carapace =)
