Legendary cloak quest not showing

Hello there! I’ve recently returned to WoW and used my 120 character boost from Shadowlands pre-order. Wanted the legendary cloak so I search up how to get the thing. From what I could find online, I needed to complete the War Questline (BFA main questline), the Nazjatar Intro questline and have the Chamber of Hearts unlocked. After searching up what the 3 requirements required, I completed each 3.

Afterwards it should pop up in the Quests Tab or be available from Anduin Wrynn (Alliance), right? Either way I got neither of those results. Hope you can help :slight_smile:

Look at 8.3 content on the page, its your attunements

You have unlocked Uldum Accord it says, so you have started the questline.
