i wanted to craft my 1st legendary, i had all mats and i got 190ilvl piece. it wants 2000 soul ash from me. it seems quite strange to me since, i did both wings previous week and this week as well and i am on 1435 soul ash. while i see some ppl got their legendary already. i asked in guild chat, and my buddy crafted same 190ilvl for 1250 soul ash. so i dont know whats going on, any explanation? cause i dont get it.
Are you sure it is a 190 base item, and not a 210 one? Because the 210 one requires 2000 soul ash.
2000 soul ash is for the rank 2 legendary items (from fresh), have you gone back to see what it says?

The rank is for the vessel, which is the crafted white piece. The effect has a fixed value, but the stats on the item will scale with ilvl, and as you get more ash you can craft higher ilvl legendaries with higher ilvl (Rank) vessels.
