My brain is stupid and i can’t figure out how to get a Rune Vessel?
Can someone please explain how i can get a Rune Vessel or what do they mean with Rune Vessel? sorry for stupid question…

Than you buy or craft white item
2 Missives that can give you stats you want
And soul ash and soul cinders that you get in tower
BEFORE YOU CRAFT ANY LEGENDARY CHECK ON WOWHEAD WHICH ONE IS BEST AND IN WHICH SLOT YOU NEED TO CRAFT THAT ITEM ATM YOU CANT RESTORE OR REFOUND SOUL ASH

Ur not stupid, most or all ppl who got a clue of any thing in this game, learns it from a fansite… the game is bad, and user unfriendly.
