I am struggling which legendary I should craft. Most of the time I am swapping between Elemental and Resto specializations and as a newish player I am still low on materials and gold so I am a bit limited. I was thinking to go one for each spec but that will require a bit of farming, since I have enough for one only at this moment.
I don’t have preferable content, I am doing what I like at the moment. Few weeks ago was focused on raids (LFR and normal) and now doing M+ with friends, mostly, and I am doing open world things all the time. From time to time I like PvP as well and that’s the reason why I struggle a bit to decide which one to pick. Also, have to say I am Necrolord.
My options were Windspeaker’s Lava Resurgence for Elemental + Primal Tide Core for Resto or cheaper option just Deeptremor Stone for both specs.
Basically, looking for something all around which won’t mess around with my rotations since as newish player still kind a lacking on tactic knowledge so my main focus i there.
I could really use some help from more experienced players. Maybe there’s better options or some thing that ai am missing from my point of view. Thank you in advance.
I’m not versed in the ways of elemental shamans, but I know for sure that you use Primal Tidal Core+ the Necrolord legendary for raid, and Deeptremor Stone+Kyrian lego for m+ as a restoration shaman.
You will get a base covenant legendary for a belt slot that will change every time you change covenant so that will save you some money.
Don’t craft anything this week yet. Wait for next week when double legendaries unlock, and run with the new legendary on your belt (which you get for free). That’s good for both Elemental and Resto.
On top of that, Deeptremor is a solid choice. It’s pretty much the best for Resto, and isn’t bad for Elemental either. If you’re playing Venthyr, then Unity + Skybreaker is good for both. For any other covenant, the non-covenant legendary will not be the best for both, but Deeptremor will remain an okay-ish legendary.
So, if you’re Venthyr, go Unity + Skybreaker, otherwise Unity + Deeptremor.
Venthyr legendary seems really fun, but I invested in necro a lot and still making stiches and doing battles since that covenant has the most leveled companions. Would like to try Venthyr but Necro is still in the progress.
I have all 4 covenants at renown 80, but not a huge fan of swapping all the time.
Seems like Deeptremor is the best all-around for open world, PvP and resto. Not that great for Elemenat since you always use Fire elemental over earth one, but looks like the best option for cost/reward.
