Hey all.
Last night (after years & years of farming) the Right half of the Bindings of the Windseeker finally dropped while soloing MC. My lil’ rogue could not be happier!
I already had in my bags the rest of the items needed to complete the quest and so i rushed to Silithus to claim at long last my reward. Or so I thought…
Although the Quest marks as “complete” each of the items required, all but the one which dropped yesterday evening are nowhere to be found. I checked my bags, the bank vault and the void storage space. Nothing, and it gets even worse.
While searching for those missing items I discovered that my Warglaives of Azzinoth have vanished as well. As a matter of fact as of yesterday evening I am missing 3 warglaives & 3 Bindings (God knows what else…) across 3 characters. These items could not have been sold and under no circumstances did I discard them on purpose or by mistake. I tried to deactivate all my addons and reset my UI. Nothing happened. I do have an open ticket and am awaiting hopefully for a helpful response… Till that happens I need to ask.
Does anyone have a probable and somewhat logical explanation for what I am describing…?

The only time I have heard of this happening is if an addon has sold them automatically or a bag addon isn’t showing them.
When you say you “reset my UI”, Was it a full reset or just turning addons off? A full reset is renaming the WTF, Cache and Interface folders, you can tell it works as you get to choose your WoW region again. You can also check the Item restoration feature.
I did a full UI reset, renaming all 3 to Cacheold, etc. Nothing changed.
No items available to restore either 
The weird thing though is that the quest shows that I still have in my possession all of the required items to complete it…
Ok stupid question time, are they in the bank?
It’s the only thing left I can think of.
I’m afraid not…
Guess I’ll have to wait for a GM to solve the riddle in game.

Did you use the search box for one of the individual items in your bags/bank? If that number of things had gone missing, I would expect there to be empty spaces where there shouldn’t be.
I did.
And yes, there are scattered empty spaces where there shouldn’t be, both in my bags & bank
Can you see you have a ticket in the works, might take a while to get an answer but the Game Master Team should be able to get you an answer.
