Am I the only one that’s noticed that Legendary Skipper’s Citrine seems to proc a lot less than it did week 1?
Like I feel with it proc’ing as rarely as it does now the proced effects should be role specific just to keep it relevant
Well, if that is true then might go back to plain stats stick since ring was mediocre to begin with.

Have you tried simming?
I am tank. Spam of small procs can be more beneficial than raw versatility, but i am not sure for small occasional procs.
