I honestly hope that Blizzard will make both Our evoker legendary and the new strength axe upgradebale at some point, I really do not want to stop using the legendary considering how late some of us got it, and how even now epic weapons are better than the legendary weapon, which should not be a thing from a legendary in current expac.

The way legendarys have been handled this expansion is a disgrace
I wouldn’t count on it. To my knowledge the only time legendary upgrades have happened was the fated stuff last xpac.
To my knowledge they are what they are because their intended to be BIS for the tier they drop.
I don’t agree and think they should be BIS for the whole xpac and upgraded each tier but that’s not the norm.
They have been handled exactly like in past when they were not expansion long feature.

The part that annoys me is how much gold we have to spend to craft them it is an absolute joke
Meanwhile i’m wondering in the fated season if the staff from broodkeeper will outpace an upgraded legendary
