Legendary weapon in PvP

The dmg effect is, even if its heavily nerfed in pvp, still better than any other weapon in PvP as long as theres any extra dmg + weapon dmg.
The on use effect, while I havent seen it in effect, is still a “charge” aswell.
That means its bis for any 2h strength user in both PvP and PvE.

So nerfed or not, as long as theres any extra dmg/the on use effect and weapon ilvl difference it will still reign supreme above all other weapons in PvP.

I have a weird feeling it probably won’t get nerfed in PvP. And Blizzard will say something along the lines of a legendary should feel legendary, then call it a day.

Except it is

Affects nerfed, but an extra 11 ilevels on a weapon. Strength DPS are eating good.

Doesn’t change the fact it’s still nerfed in pvp

Not enough though, PvE items in PvP are really bad for the game in my opinion.

Of course. Was just saying to Nancy that it has been nerfed, whether it’s enough is a different thing. Apparently the effect stun locks the user as well.

We actually find each other agreeing on something. :astonished:

Minus the spec/class bias re: balance we’ve probably agreed on p much everything in one way or another

warriors will have an extra 5th charge that also does some magic dmg. still overtuned.
the way to nerf this is the axe to go on cooldown if charge is used for 2 minutes, if axe is used charge goes on CD on its normal numbers.

Needed so they can keep up with those pesky mages!

ah yeah i forgot, please facerolling warrior- guy, enjoy the mobility thats supposed to be given to us leather users.
Plate armor must be leather in disguise, so light, dude runs like Usain Bolt

It truly is nerfed, but that will not make it less OP then the PvP equivalent, given the fact that it’s not only an extra charge that could nullify a casters “outplay” maneuvers, but also: That 160k damage will not be only 160k, just as any tooltip is always much lower then the actual damage done, which is influenced by tons of modifiers, cooldowns, etc. Its also a frontal aoe + magic damage. If you also add the dot, do not be surprised it it ends up #4 or #5 on their damage chart.
