Hello everyone!
I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing an issue with my Demon Hunter’s Legion artifact appearance for quite some time. Despite completing the Mage Tower challenge questline during Legion and earning the achievement “A Challenging Look”, the appearance doesn’t seem to be available on my character anymore.
I’ve already reviewed the “Common Problems” section on Blizzard Support, but the listed reasons don’t apply to my situation:
- Unlocked on a different character: Not applicable—I only had one Demon Hunter character during Legion, and it’s the one I played and completed the challenge on.
- Character moved to another account: This also doesn’t apply, as I’ve never transferred my character or account.
I’m curious if anyone else has encountered a similar issue and, if so, how they resolved it. It’s been disappointing to not see this appearance available every time I look at my Demon Hunter in the character selection screen 
I understand that the game has undergone many changes since Legion, which might have affected systems like this. For reference, here’s my character information showing the achievement on my account:

I’d greatly appreciate any insights (especially from Blizzard Support if they somehow reach this post!)
UPDATE:
It seems that my Demon Hunter didn’t have the Closing The Eye quest line completed which means:
- This is not the character I completed the challenge on
- The quest chain reset on this character (unlikely as I’ve never heard of this before but who knows)
If 1 is true, I am still keen to find out what character did I get the “A Challenging Look” on (I do not see any legion mage tower appearance from any class on my account).
