Legion blacksmithing materials grayed out during pre-patch

Hello,

I’m currently doing legion blacksmithing because I need to learn the recipe for “Steelbound devourer” so I will be able to make and sell Steelbound devourer mount on AH. My skill lvl in blacksmithing is 71/100 But most of learned materials are grayed out and I can’t seem to learn new orange materials from Blacksmith trainer. Any particular reasons why that’s the case? Did Blizzard decide to nerf the Legion skill leveling for Blacksmithing?

i dont think it have been nerfed. you probably need higher rank recipe.
