Hoping someone can help me with this and I’m just not being dumb!
Completed the class campaign on this Rogue, at the part of the Legion campaign where I need to recruit a new champion, had a read on the guide and it’s Tess Greymane… but there’s no quest from her or anyone in the Rogue class hall for me to progress.
Have abandoned the quest and tried a couple of times and still nothing.
Is there something else I should be doing? Seems I’ve done everything right up to this point!

DId you like on your maps for a yellow ! ? At 60 you probably don’t see it.
you have to complete the Breaching the Tomb achievement (character achievement → quest → legion), once this is done go to Broken Shore, here Apothecary Keever will propose you the Dread Infiltrators quest, from there then continue.

Wait tomorrow tho, since the Breaching the Tomb will become account bound and you only need the previous steps to be done.
Do you have a quest that tells you to recruit a new champion?
You get this (I think from Maiev) at Deliverance Point on Broken Shore.
When you get this quest there will be a quest in your Order Hall (don’t remeber from whom you get it but it won’t be Tess probably). This will have a short(ish) quest chain which will conclude with you recruiting her. I seem to remember stuff on a ship in Azsuna but not much else.
If you don’t have that quest you need to progress the Breaching the Tomb quest chain until you reach this quest. It’s near the start but there is one before it to complete a Legion invasion (bit of a pain as you need to queue for the scenario, usually doesn’t take long but at quiet times it might).
