How can i unlock them? Do I have to rep farm or anything? and is there any shortcuts if u already have one on another class / now its BFA?

You need these two achievements in order for mount quest to "kick in "
There is little bit of time gating with mission table and invasion ,but it doesn’t take much in game time to complete.

Does it count if i have breaching the tomb on my main?
breaching the tomb is actual chain quests for getting mounts,u need to do it on each char
