Hey guys,
Whenever i go to new Dalaran, the loading screen takes forever to load. I’ve had this problem since end legion - BFA. Everything loads fine it’s just the new Dalaran. Does anyone have this problem and if so can it be fixed?

Yeah, I’ve got this ‘new Dally’ long loading screen problem as well, takes forever to load up sometimes, deleting your cache folders can help sometimes, though I wouldn’t really call it a ‘fix’ as such, I just noticed that my loading times got a little faster for Dally after I deleted my cache folders because I was having some problems with the game.
Probs best not to delete them, just drag n drop them out onto the desktop, then just fire up WoW and let the game create new ones.

That problem was well known during Legion as well. It maaay be your hard drive because of reasons I can’t remember.
Since I also have an SSD hard drive that is big enough for WoW, I put it there. That did cut the loading screens to Dalaran by a large margin.
If you have the option to use another hard drive (there were some that weren’t supported well or so… something about that), you should give it a try if it realy bothers you.

Delete the cache and type in the chat: /console worldPreloadNonCritical 0
(After that make a /reload)

Larger cities, Dalaran more than any, are demanding on HDD because they have tons of stuff there. Dalaran is the worst as it’s all clumped in very small place with lots of ballast everywhere (glasses and such in buildings) - and the game loads absolutely everything, not just what’s in your sight.
Unfortunately it was alwais in this way. Go to the toilet when you HS in dalaran. You save time.
I was even kicked from groups due to loading screens in new dala. My game crushed when i was going to new dala.I hated it.
Thank god i don’t use it anymore.
Get a ssd and the problem is solved.
