Will you be implementing the same thing you did with “Glorious Tyranical” illusion, with the Demonic one from Legion (if you had 2,4k or above in Legion). I know there are also people frustrated who earned their Red Elite Illusion Enchant, atleast the requirement for it in MoP (The seasons that cannot access it already), who would like to get that illusion as they did not know the importance of getting them back in the days…
Also the Accessability to complete sets you had the required ratings for in the past (Elite Gear), myself i did not buy and keep elite sets from early days simply because i wasn’t aware that transmog would be a thing.
In my opinion if you earned it you earned it. I am not for giving people the illusion and elite gear if they did not meet the requirements at the time of course.

You realise being Duelist in some of those seasons was 2,4? also being Glad was often up to 2,7 which was far beyond the requirement for the illusion, Also i was in fact 2,5k in legion so i did personally earn it, also the Elite gears from WoD i did “earn” i already had the rating requirements back then.
So to answer your “assumption” i did have the requirement when it was current content, and i do believe once you earn something you should be able to get it.
If you look at Challenge Mode rewards forexample or the Red enchant for Season 14 and 15 you can buy those. Also as i stated in the post, i stand for people getting the access to it whom earned it in the first place.

I got the rating late into the season, not having enough Conquest and Marks of Honor to buy was my issue also Vendoring the Elite sets because i did not know Transmog would be a thing. Also had 2,5k in season 1 and 2 of Legion where the Illusion wasn’t released.
However, it doesn’t have to be “duelist” people as you state, but that is as close as it gets to 2,4k atleast as of WoD ratings and even Legion ratings when rating was extremely inflated, with Duelist being around high 2,3 and low 2,4.

Dude i checked ur acc not a Single duelist in Legion only rival and 2k so enchant u never played Above 2.4 in Legion if i looked correct.

Check again. Had in fact 2 duelist achivements from Legion Season 2 and 4. I remember being 20 rating off Glad in one of those seasons aswell.
Anyways even if i did not have the requirement, which i did in fact have. I do not only speak for myself, i have friends with R1 titles, Glad titles and HotH from MOP and WOD who would love to be able to buy their “Earned” cosmetics. I do not post this only for myself.

Despite you still basically played with the same high MMR players.
Getting 2.4 in 3v3 is way harder than 2v2

Holinka was thinking about making old Elite cosmetics available again for people that earned them back in the day, during his time as PvP Dev back in Legion and he started a poll. The amount of people voting against it was too overwhelming, so the idea was buried.
Appearently most people do not want that stuff to be available again.
To be fair blizzard forgot to put the illusion in for season 1-2 but yeah I didn’t care enough to push for it.
There’s no excuse as to why you couldn’t get it, you had 5 seasons to get the illusion my dude

People that have actually bought it and people who didn’t have the requirements for it anyways, just don’t want other people to have what they deserve just because they either were not playing themselves, were too bad or they have it themselves so “screw the others” right?
It’s honestly so self centered it makes me ill. If you earned it you earned it, you were good enough but you didn’t spend the resources to buy it when it was current or you quit playing for other reasons after getting the requirement, there are many reasons for why people might not have bought it even when having the requirement.
They only made the mop and wod enchant available for those who earned duelist because before the only way to access the enchant illusion was if you kept a scroll of the enchant, not if you had it on a weapon because of the new enchant transmog system in legion. Even multi rank 1’s for every season in mop and wod didn’t keep a scroll of the enchant in their bags the whole time so they didn’t even have access to the enchant. So they had to change it.
But with the legion enchant there is no need to implement the same ‘duelist’ requirement because its the same transmog system for enchants now as in legion. If you got 2.4 in legion then yes you had your chance to get it, you do not need to keep the scroll incase something happens like before.
But in legion you had Elite achivement when you had 2,4k or higher, which they can easially track if you had the requirement. Sure people “had a chance” but still should be able to buy the cosmetics they earned.
i talked to a gm back in legion and he told me they only made it able to buy mop/wod enchant with title requirement again just because of the wardrobe update.
And also i hope they wont make it so you can re-buy the legion stuff if you had duelist in one season 
It should be obtainable for people that had 2400 in 3v3 in Legion. They forgot to implement the enchant for a few seasons

The Ruthless DK Elite was/is my Favorite set, I quit not long into S11 and upon returning late MoP i somehow missplaced my shoulders.
So now i have every piece of my favorite set apart from the Shoulders, which are arguably the most important part appearance wise.
I achieved Arena Master AND Hero of the Horde in that season yet apparently that + owning every other piece isn’t proof enough to have them restored to me.
I also sold my full s9 Elite in S10 before transmog was a thing but that set is pretty meh so not as bothered.

Blizz’s argument for reintroducing mop and wod enchant was, that back in those days, enchant wardrobe wasn’t a thing, but in Legion it was, so they won’t reintroduce it.
There’s literally a 0% chance they reintroduce Legion enchant for Duelist or even Glad in S1/2. You are wasting your time.
