Since 9.1 release all legion zones especially raids have very long loading screens. This is for every player regardless of their computers. It usually takes around 1 min for each loading screen.

Please don’t profess to speak for every player, when you’re not. For example, my loading times in Legion zones are fine.
Especially raids, sometimes not always regular zones.
How many times have you done tomb of sargeras this patch? 0 than you dont know what im talking about.
Everyone on my legacy raids waits 2 minutes every time we try to go kiljaden and you claim everything is fine not everyone is affected, no everyone without exception is affected, this is not computer issue.
Go do legion raids first than claim you are fine.
There are many similar threads aswell, but from my experience everyone in my group experienced this for weeks.
Dont speak for every player, well i dont speak for you it would be embarrassing for me to speak for certain people anyway.

For us to be able to determine what -is- causing the problem, we need to confirm with you that you’ve checked what is -not- causing it.
- Have you and your raid group tried loading in without addons?
- Have you and your raid group ensured your graphics drivers and operating systems are all up to date?
These are the two main causes of long loading times, so it’d help if you and your group can confirm you’ve tried these things 
If you have, please do make a ticket.
Can confirm 1 and 2 for myself i just tried again, raiding loading screens are still the same, it is usually stuck around at %60 for 30 seconds to 1 min.
Probably best example is Tomb of sargeras right before Kil’jaeden it happens in Nighthold too but not sure about antorus didnt do it for a while.
I cant confirm 1 and 2 for others but everybody in my different multiple groups had the same problem and everyone complained or asked about loading screen, at least 50 different people since 9.1 release without exception.
