Legion Mage Tower challenge recolors for Remix

Can Blizzard make a poll about Mage Tower appearances in form of

  1. Recolors only
  2. Bring original appearances back for Remix
  3. Do not bring Mage Tower appearances at all
    so people can actually vote ?

Great idea.

My only thoughts are:

  1. recolours only - this will only perpetuate more FOMO for people who can’t play remix for whatever reason. However, this does seem to be the best compromise.

  2. original MT artifacts- this seems a tad unfair for those who earned them originally. I feel they should have something to pursue during Remix too. So if these were to return, it should be recolours and originals. At least in my opinion.

However, after some reflection, my choice would be for MT appearances to return in retail. When are Blizzard planning on updating the rewards from the timewalking Mage Tower? We have had literally the same rewards since Shadowlands with no update. I’ve got all the mog sets that I want plus spell tome and have no reason to ever enter it again in its current state.

I would like to see the MT (time walking variation) utilised in retail. Scale it for TWW expansion so that is not necessary to farm broken trinkets and socketed items from previous expansions and let the players go after the rewards in the same spirit that they were earned originally. Maybe this could be a 4th option?

Why?

I got them on the classes I wanted them on, I don’t care if someone else gets them.

I just mean in the context of remix. I feel that if only original appearances were available, people who earned them previously would have no reason to play so I feel it would be best to have the originals and recolours so there is an incentive for everyone to play remix.

There’s no incentive to play for me no matter what they do. They need to remove pretty much everything about Legion for me to play it. It’s by far the worst expac in the game’s history.

I didn’t play mop remix, I won’t play this. I think MoP remix sucked and this is probably going to be worse considering it’s Legion.

Giving recolors on Remix could later bring them back on Trading Post. The same it was done with those 3 pieces (head, shoulder, belt) class ensemble that was on Pandaria Remix for Isle of Thunder achivement.
We live in era of recolors and trading post. We could make use of these. That way, original Mage Tower appearances would still remain exclusive.
