So I’ve just finished the step/quest to recruit Mariella Ward, but when I came back to the order hall, she’s nowhere to be seen and I can’t recruit her (therefore can’t progress further).
Am I doing something wrong, or what? I’ve seen a bunch of people on YT doing it exactly as I’m doing and she appears at their order hall right after they complete the quest to recruit her.
Make sure you complete all order hall quests, including the ones involving the war table. Sometimes there are hidden quest dependencies.
The thing is, I completed everything that was needed (I think). I have “Breaching the Tomb” achievement unlocked, did “Champions of Legionfall”, did the invasion… unless the whole legion campaing is needed done (only did one zone), I don’t see what else I could do.
There are no more quests in my order hall, be it normal quests or war table quests. and I’ve done all the quests that people thought were needed to get the mount questline.

Check the Wowhead comments of the quest(s) you cannot finish or start. Usually there’s helpful information there.
Alright, problem solved. I traced back her questline and turns out she despawns after the quest sometimes and appears where we first meet her (the gallows).
