Legion Quest “Making the Rounds” Bugged – Ship Missing - Can't progress in Stormheim

I’m stuck on the Legion intro quest “Making the Rounds” (Quest ID: 38312) on my character Telefonfanat (Argent Dawn – EU).

The quest requires me to inspect the Skyfire airship before departing for Stormheim, but the ship and NPCs are completely missing. I appear in Dalaran, but there’s no airship to board, and the scenario is broken. The quest cannot be completed.

Things I’ve already tried:

  • Abandoning and reaccepting the quest
  • Logging out/in and using /reload
  • Disabling all addons
  • Turning off War Mode
  • Leaving Chromie Time
  • Using the stuck character service
  • Attempting to trigger the scenario from multiple angles

All of these attempts failed — the phasing remains broken and no NPCs or ship appear.

Wait you say you’re in Dalaran? The ship is supposed to be in Stormwind.

I checked stormwind as well. No ship anywhere to be seen
