So umm… Is there any reason these still are on the loot tables? Anyone need or want these? Artifact system is disbanded? Blocking transmogs from dropping. Just wondering why?
I think in Legacy Loot mode there should be no Relic, no rings, no trinkets, no neck pieces. No duplicates (in the same loot session).
Legacy Loot should be optional for those wishing to acquire all the above.

But if I want a healer trinket for my mage I can’t get it even with legacy loot turned off.

How else am I supposed to save the green dragon in ICC when they disabled Heart of Azeroth essences and bandages bug out?

I don’t have a healer to bring.
So you want to slow down everyone farming everything in every raid so you can get a specific trinket to do one (optional) boss in a single raid from 16 years ago.
I’m not slowing down anyone, that’s how it always was. And there will always be something niche to get out of legacy loot.
I get that you want a QoL improvement but how about the non-legacy loot option will be the one with no trinkets or relics?
It seems to me that Legacy Loot was designed for farming old mogs. So it should concentrate on mogs.
Although with the recent changes Mog farming should be a lot easier anyhow. I’ve not farmed a set for a while but when I did there was always that belt or hat that wouldn’t drop while you’re looting 2 rings, a trinket, a neck piece and 2 moggable pieces you already have.
the last time i wanted old raid trinket was from Nythendra mythic
so i could cheese mage tower fight on rogue (for white set transmog)
i have addon who automatically selling relics when i mark them once per life time
its an always bit of gold
what i DO NOT WANT is that god damned conduit powers
they cost nothing they need to be manually deleted i hate them with my own guts
i am full bis relic geared THEY STILL DROP i hate it with passion i wish they make them sellable at least
If you have learnt them for all specs they should not drop anymore.

Yep give it a quick check as i know its annoying, PITA to go back to convern to check but was worth it in the end.

While the artifacts don’t have the passives they still need relics to boost their ilevel.
Primarily, you spam the developers through in-game suggestions and forums posts that this specific boss is bugged and needs a massive QoL improvement so that either it can be full-healed through bandages or other means, or every item on it becomes part of the loot tables of other bosses or goes on a vendor. Until then, skip it and do the specific boss on an alt with healing capabilities if you want items from its loot table.
I know it’s not the answer you have been looking for, but I can’t think of anything better.
