I noticed my health had droped from around 13000k down to mid 9000k. Once I looked in my inventory some gear had their item level changed from around ~580 down to ~130. From what I can tell it looks like it’s limited to neck, rings and trinkets. Has anyone elese encountered this and are blizzard aware of it?
I had that happen and thought i am stupid. Now three or four times my trinkets that I was wearing were 571 or similar. After loggin in, they were itemlvl 131. How is that happening?
The same happened to my father today 
Last night when we logged off, he had around 400 ilvl on all the jewelry slots, today they were replaced with ilvl 123 neck, rings and one trinket, the last trinket was ilvl 128.
