I dont own the war within addon and after getting lvl 71 in Legion Remix my xp bar disappeared. Is it intended interaction and you cant level past 70 in Legion Remix if you dont have TWW addon or is it a bug ?
To my knowledge this is the case and was, if I remember correctly, mentioned when making a timewalker character.
When making a timewalker character there is a warning that if you want to transform a timewalker character higher than level 70 into normal one you need The War Within expansion. There is no warning that you need the expansion to level him higher than level 70, at least not in the game or during character creation.

last year WoW anniversary you couldn’t do chromie LFG instance first few days, maybe it took them a week
or if you don’t report it, it will take months

Thx for suggestion i did it but it seems like it went straight into the void, cause i dont have any open tickets, so i cant even track if someone will respond to it. It even says in the form we will review your report, but you wont receive a response.
it didn’t go to the void, and probably multiple people did report it too, still reporting helps, with more reports the priority go up
and lower your expectations(that it will be tomorrow), the Codex of Chromie did take them +7days to fix
so maybe on wednesday it will be fixed
funny thing about Codex of Chromie was that you could join the LFG, it did add you to the raid/instance group, but you couldn’t teleport inside

Yeah i dont think it will be fixed tomorrow, but fortunately it turned out to be just a visual bug, i can still lvl just without XP bar. There is just a lot bigger gap between lvl 71 and 72, than between 70 and 71 so i thought i turned enough quest to lvl up but it wasnt the case. Hope it helps to anyone that will be in the same boat in the future, just keep leveling.

Glad to hear you discovered that you were in fact able to keep leveling, which is the intention. Do note that characters above 70 will require the upgrade in order to be converted to standard characters.
