given Legion remix was all but confirmed the other day… and how much of a face roll MOP content was in remix…

Hard to tell, they didn’t add in the proving ground sets in MOP Remix either.

Whilst I would like to get mage tower appearances, I don’t think they will do it due to the fact they didn’t do MoP challenge appearances. 
No, they already made it clear when they brought back the mage tower but not the original appearances. Most they would do is recolors/remakes like they did with the felbear.
And mop remix kind of confirms this, since the original challenge mode gear was nowhere to be found, and the only thing that was available, was a recolor of the mount.

Nah, not fact.
More like past actions inform future decisions. If you think that there is a chance for them to bring the original backs, then you are free to do so, but their past behavior has not indicated anything like that.
Knowing them, we are more likely to get recolors/remakes of the originals, in a pack for 75 dolars.
It will be silly to do so when they didnt do it for MOP and i still dont have the challenge mode items
Just based on the fact that MoP remix didn’t have the sets I doubt MT will be brought back.
Part of their issue was also “Oh it’ll be hard to keep it the same difficulty” which would also negate any remix event as you’ll just go in and oneshot the boss at max scaling.

It would be nice, but they didn’t put the challenge mode back in the MoP remix either, so I don’t think it will be included in the next one either.
why whould we have mage tower? we not had mop challenge modes either, also magetower whould be zero challenge when remix is all about OP characters
No they wont, they didnt give us MoP challenge mode stuff during MoP remix either.
I can’t recall the challenge dungeon mode sets being there either.
Dont be daft, I would love for the MT to be in remix but we all know one thing… Blizz hates making people happy and bringing the skins back would make a lot of people happy… WE CANT HAVE THAT!!!
I dont think we get and i think that is ok and is a part of Blizzards fomo strategy to keep players and collector and have them feel uniqe. Yes, some players will leave, but i think Blizzard have the statitics that uniqueness and the collectors will stay in the game when things are getting unobtainable and if they stop playing the game they will loose out on future fomo gear.
For new players , yes some will leave, but the majority will hang onto wow again because of the fomo stuff, even though they miss out on old stuff.
In my oppinion i hope the MT apperances will not come back, i dont have it all. Players want to feel unique in the “World of escape from reallife” into a pixelgame where people like to feel uniqe. Magetower back then were not as easy as some forum dwellers said it was, id still argue it is way easier this day today. I had 100 tries on protection paladin in new MT and failed. For 3 weeks ago i followed a guide where i had to focus only on 2 rings and 2 trinkets and i nailed it after 2 attempts not even using BL, any enchants, no flask, no potion. I was not able to do the old MT with the things i just explained above.
During the last patch they were entirely doable with LFR gear.
