[Legion Remix] Stuck on Monk Quest: [Into The Heavens]

I’m on the quest “Into the Heavens”, part of the Windwalker artifact weapon chain. I used the item [Essence of the Whirlwind], got a loading screen that took forever, so I closed my client and logged back in. Now I’m in Dalaran and have no idea how to get to Uldum. None of the Stormwind portals are working.

Any ideas on how i can get to Uldum and/or continue the quest?

Use CoT portal and fly across.

Fly down from Org if you are a Horde UD mage as it says. If you are Alliance, go to Booty Bay, take boat to Ratchet and fly.

As long as you can get from EK to Kal, you can fly the rest.
