Some shards of Legion Remix is slower than internet explorer. It seems to vary by zone. Suramar is near completely unplayable with several seconds of delay between interactions.
Raids and Dungeons are completely fine.
I don’t know if this is a bigger issue Argent Dawn than other servers. Blizz fix.

And I would enjoy if people posted this feedback in the right section. It will be easier for them to see the feedback, and react, as they do not always go through the server forums.

Found a workaround someone tipped me.
Create a second wow trial account → create timerunner on low pop realm → change desired world difficulty → go to same zone as main → invite main → leave zone with main and come back → you are now in a lag-free low pop phase
There’s a specific WoW Remix subforum in the community section of the forum, complains, suggestions and general topics should be done there.

Back in 2008 up to 2012 I was playing San Andreas Multiplayer having over 1000 ping, and it was MORE enjoyable than having - in theory - 25-30 ping in Suramar and doing ANY action at all. I have no idea what’s going on, but people say that other realms are not affected this much, yet still some people complain about occasional lags. In comparison to that, AD seems to be the main source of the lag, first introducing it in Azsuna, then moving on (and unfortunately staying for it seems to be at least 3 days) in Suramar
