It’s now offical we are getting Legion Remix and the biggest Question is Mage Tower appearances yes or no?

Mage Tower will be so trivial when in MoP Remix you could pretty much solo Mythic Raids

As much as I would want some of the mage tower weapons, I much rather would see them put them in retail. All my characters are in retail, I just cant bother doing anything else so I’ll pass.
Remix is in retail though.

Can I enter remix on my say lvl 80 warlock in retail and head in mage tower to complete it and then leave remix to go back queing pvp in retail? I dont want to level anything in remix to unlock something there or play anything but my current characters. I dont mind doing occasional mog run in retail but I wouldnt level anything for it unless its some new character for pvp. I think we need level some remix characters that get released to retail once remix ends which would be against my wish to play anything but my retail characters, plus I hate leveling 
Ps. Googled it and this put me off immediately “you will create an entirely new character” so it is separate thing from my retail characters etc
Anyways, I wish others good time who like this sort of thing. I will skip it like the one before and plunderstorms and will all the rest separate things that are not played with our current characters in retail. I only wish they add this type things in current game but its not end of the world either to not get something.
Whatever you unlock during remix becomes available to all retail characters immediately
Well thats a bonus atleast but I would still have to level character there in some different timeline and I cant play it with my current characters, thats the deal breaker with these for me. I only want play my current retail characters. Hate leveling
I really hope so. A recolor at the very least.
I’m also very curious about the unique transmog we can get. If that one’s not appealing it’s going to put a major damper on the whole thing.

If it doesn’t have mage tower skins then it’s easy to just skip the event entirely.
It was so much easier in legion than it is on retail now, and it doesn’t even give the same rewards anymore.
Hopefully we get those mogs, I really want them on my warrior and I would love to play feral with those cat skins.
If they don’t bring back mage tower appearances legion remix will be DOA. They can easily make it hard by limiting power in MT. They could even make it harder than it has ever been, but they really should bring them back. To anyone saying: “oh, but what about my prestige?” - my guy, it’s a video game. IF you get any form of self worth out of denying pixels to your fellow gamer then there is no point in even arguing.
This is so wrong. Look at fluffy guide and you can do the mage tower easier than it has ever been.
They said the same in mop remix and yet, it was a succes.

The mage tower warlock scythes would be the only reason for me to do it but I cant bother level anything there even if the scythes were pretty sweet, own fault for not getting them then I guess. Fair is fair 
I’ve said in a similar thread that I would love for the Mage Tower appearances to return.
For me, they should have been returned during the current iteration of the MT instead of the reskin of the ToS set.
As a compromise, I would have liked to have seen the baseline MT appearance become unobtainable to retain a sense of ‘prestige’ for those who earned it while it was current …but …with the concession that we will be allowed to to pursue the other appearances via completing the current MT as well as: HC Kil’Jaeden, 10 RBG wins and 10 Legion Dungeons (or equivalent challenge).
My argument is: how is killing HC Kil’Jaeden or completing 10 legion dungeons years after obtaining the original look any different from me doing it now after I obtained the Fel-bear? Where is the prestige in this?
Four werebear appearances locked away forever when we’ve only received two other forms with the ‘werebear model’ in the subsequent 7 years seems too harsh of a punishment for those who missed out - at least in my opinion.
