Since Shadowlands prepatch, Legion Shoulder Enchants (Boon of the …)
do not work above character level 45. Despite having them on a level appropriate shoulder and farming in Legion content, the caches do not drop.
Was reported by several people over the year, including me, no action taken.
Customer Support won’t help (eg. Engineering recipes drop from the cache, which thereby are unobtainable for a >lvl 45 Char.

If there is no intention to fix this spaghetti code ever, please make a Knowledge Base entry so that the Recipes can be obtained by involving Customer Support (got the standard non-helpful reply: “there is no known issue with this on our database”).
Also, please do not redirect me to the Bug Report forum, as I do not have a lvl 10 character on the US Realm to post there.
